Udział w przejeździe jest możliwy tylko po uiszczeniu opłaty za przejazd w wysokości podanej przez organizatorów oraz podanie pełnego imienia i nazwiska. Uiszczenie opłaty oznacza przyjęcie do wiadomości i akceptację regulaminu.

• Należy bezwzględnie stosować się do uwag i poleceń organizatorów.
• Zabrania się spożywania alkoholu.
• W czasie „fotostopów” należy zachować szczególną ostrożność. Zabrania się ustawiania statywów na torach lub na jezdni. Uczestnicy biorą na siebie całkowitą odpowiedzialność za własne bezpieczeństwo podczas trwania imprezy.
• Liczba „fotostopów” jest uzależniona od ilości czasu, warunków ruchu i zdyscyplinowania uczestników przejazdu.
• Podczas „fotostopów” osobom przebywającym w pociągu zabrania się przebywania w otwartych drzwiach i oknach.
• Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo zmian w planie przejazdu z przyczyn technicznych.
• Każdy uczestnik, który rażąco narusza niniejszy Regulamin, zachowuje się w sposób agresywny lub obraźliwy w stosunku do pozostałych uczestników lub organizatorów, uporczywie nie stosuje się do poleceń Organizatora lub w inny sposób utrudnia przebieg imprezy, może zostać usunięty z pociągu w dowolnym miejscu na jego trasie bez prawa do żądania zwrotu jakichkolwiek kosztów.
• Organizator zastrzega sobie możliwość odwołania imprezy z powodu braku wystarczającej liczby uczestników i zwrotu całości należności uiszczonej przez uczestników.
• Nie przewiduje się zwrotów pieniędzy wpłaconych na konto organizatora, z wyjątkiem sytuacji odwołania imprezy z powody małej ilości uczestników.

To participate in the excursion, you must pay the excursion fee and
provide a full name. By submitting the payment, you accept the
conditions of the excursion (which you’re reading now) and accept them.

• Participants must comply with each and every instruction provided by the organizers during the event (Health & Safety above all).
• No alcohol consumption is allowed during the event
• During photo shoot stops, participants must be extra careful and vigilant. It is forbidden to place tripods on tracks or in the middle of active roads. Participants take full responsibility for their own safety during all of the event. It is recommended that additional travel insurance cover is obtained
• The number of photo shoot stops will depend on the various conditions  and how disciplined (organized) the participants will be during the event
• Participants who wish to stay in the train during the photo shoot stops are required to stay away from the open doors/windows to accommodate those who wish to make good pictures
• The organizers reserve the right to change the planned route/timetable when forced to do so by external factors / technical conditions
• Any participant who ignores or breaks the rules of the excursion, is aggressive or offensive towards any person, repeatedly ignores instructions provided by the organizers or conflicts with the general interest of the participants in any other way, may be (forcibly) removed from the train at any location, without any right for refunds
• The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event should the number of participants be insufficient; should this happen, everyone will be
  immediately notified and all the payments will be promptly refunded
• Once a payment has been made, no refunds will be made unless the event gets cancelled because of insufficient number of participants (as mentioned above).
